Fresh Flower Substitution Policy
We work with the freshest flowers available in season to ensure your order arrives on time and looking beautiful. Due to regional and seasonal availability in Ocala, Stone Creek, On Top of the World (OTOW), Marion Oaks, Pine Run, Oak Run, and surrounding areas, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When this happens, we’ll maintain the overall style, color palette, and design integrity of your chosen arrangement — always matching or exceeding the value of your original selection.
Examples:

Yellow daisies may be replaced with another color of daisy, not a different flower.

White and cream roses may be substituted interchangeably.

Purple orchids may replace white orchids when not locally available.
Non-Perishable Items
Not happy with a gift? Bring it back within 30 days with your receipt for a refund or exchange of equal value.
Balloon Substitutions
Some medical facilities in Marion County do not permit latex balloons. When your delivery is going to a hospital, we may swap latex balloons for Mylar to comply with safety guidelines.
Plant Policy
Live greenery and blooming plants may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. For unique plants like orchids, we’ll do our best to match the variety, though color substitutions may apply.
Special Occasion Orders
For time-sensitive events such as funerals, birthdays, or anniversaries, we’ll prioritize on-time delivery — even if that means making a thoughtful substitution when certain blooms aren’t available. If we can’t reach you using the contact details provided, we’ll use the closest matching flowers in color and design to honor your request.
