Exceptional customer service!!! We used Build-A-Bouquet Ocala for florals for our baby shower. We had a flower bar for our guests to make their own bouquet to take on their way as well as florals for our centerpieces. The customer service was top notch from the moment we reached out to inquire about our options. We were able to make selections to stay within our budget and use florals that matched our theme. We were even able to rent the cart for the flower bar. All of our guests loved it and we received so many compliments. Highly recommend!

Build a bouquet did a fantastic job delivering a last minute larger floral arrangement to my wife at work for her birthday. They even took extra time after closing hours to make sure everything was perfect. When the florist delivered, my wife was so happy and shocked that she was in tears, everyone around her was clapping and hugging her. The flowers had the desired effect and were very vibrant and beautiful. 11/10 would definitely use this florist again.

Last minute memorial service in Ocala. I called from VA and they jumped through hoops to get it done and delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and touched the hearts of those mourning. Blue skies!
